Bel-Aire homes are close to the Chinook Centre, the largest enclosed shopping centre in Calgary. It is only 15 minutes to Downtown Calgary via MacLeod Trail. Dining is readily available in Calgary’s downtown and along MacLeod Trail.

HISTORY
Bel-Aire was annexed in 1954, but the majority of development came in the 1960s. Today, Bel-Aire retains some of the 60s flair, albeit with modern renovations that make its homes some of the most valuable in Calgary.
